Challenge
A Konstanz joinery for furniture and interior fit-out also works for clients in Switzerland. These clients search differently, compare differently and expect contacts, processes and language that suit their market.
Approach
Rather than a subpage on the German website, the Swiss branch received its own presence on a .ch domain - focused on the craft and on what Swiss clients want to know before placing an order.
- A standalone website for the Swiss market
- Design that puts materials and craftsmanship first
- Clear routes to getting in touch
Outcome
The joinery now appears in Switzerland with its own clearly targeted presence.
