Challenge
Oliver Gebert’s master car workshop is in Singen (Hohentwiel), close to the Swiss border. Some of its customers come from Switzerland and have their own questions - about the process and getting there, for example.
Approach
Alongside the presence for local customers, the website was given a dedicated section for Swiss customers. Each audience gets the information that is relevant to it.
- A clear presence for a master workshop
- Dedicated section for Swiss customers
- Quick ways to get in touch by phone and email
Outcome
A workshop website that speaks directly to both sides of the border.
